The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) is a centralized, statewide program specializing in healthcare workforce development, retention, and strategic planning. Since 2004, the KRRC has assisted over 300 physicians and other healthcare professionals with finding a job in a Kansas community.
We provide free assistance to healthcare students and professionals throughout the job search process. Unlike a traditional job search, we partner with the hospitals, private physician practices, and community and behavioral health centers across Kansas that are looking to fill current openings as well as future healthcare positions.
